vitalady samples question

I order many samples from Vitalady.  On the directions it says use 1 scoop.  Well I didn't get a scoop with my order.  So I have no idea how much a scoop equals.  Any ideas?

I am beginning to wonder it that's why I haven't been able to stomach the shakes I've been trying.  Maybe I put too much or too little in my mix.

The individual serving (sample) is one serving.

So, you're saying I'm supposed to put the whole entire sample in my mix?

Try adding sugar free syrups or blend with a little sugar free instant pudding mix and ice.  You can even add freeze dried decaf coffee or sugar free international coffee flavors.   I like adding PB 2 aka peanut flour to mine and if you add a little sugar free strawberry syrup to the PB 2 with vanilla protien powder it is like a PB & J protien drink.

It is all trial and error.

Have a great weekend.
