I reached my dr's goal..... here's some pictures and what i rewarded myself with
thanks everyone, I love my tattoo. i keeps me going. and it means more to me than just with weight loss, my whole life applies to it.
I've gotten alot of crap from people about not liking that i put words on my body, but hey, it's my body and if i want it done then so be it! it's a milestone for me. I want to loose even more.

I iwsh you great success. I never thought id feel this happy with myself again. And i was skeptical that i'd ever leave the 300's. But here i am at 184 and still loosing. It's tough in the beginning but it'll get better. and it's all totally worth it in the end!
