July 2, 2012: Total weight loss so far is 107.4 lbs.

Just does not seem like it has been a year already! I have been blessed with no complications and no issues other than my own health issues I had prior to surgery that have kept me from exercising as much (or as hard) as I would like to, but I am working out twice a wk with a trainer and hoping to amp that up very soon.

I have been terrible about keeping in touch on OH and will try to do better for the newcomers as I KNOW that is what helped me so much leading up to and shortly after my surgery. Life just keeps throwing me curves and just haven't taken the time to do so.

Would love to hear about your successes/failures and hear how the rest of you have been doing!
