Sinus infection/pouch

 Ok so would a sinus infection mess with my pounch...I didn't think it would but it is.  I have congestion that is unreal every time I eat I have to throw up.  It seams that all the drainage is messing with my pouch..has this happened to anyone else?  Should I be worried?
