Grape Salad Recipe

I made this last night and it was AWESOME....

In mixing bowl add:

1/2 cup Splenda
1/4 cup Splenda Brown Sugar
8 oz package FF cream cheese
8 oz FF sour cream
4 tsp vanilla extract

Blend the above ingredients on high for 3-5 minutes ****il smooth without lumps)

Stir in 2-4 pounds of grapes.
Stir in 1/2 - 1 cup walnut pieces

Let chill in fridge for 1 hour prior to serving.

This sounds yummy!!!  I'll have to keep it in mind for when I'm able to eat solid foods.  Thanks for sharing!

yea... not on my menu. Just carbs and more.  And artificial stuff.  (splenda)

Thanks .I will make it with 1/2 the splenda and add 1 scoop of protein powder,2 cans of chicken breast and celery.It should feed my family plus lunch for me for 2 days.

Both sound like good ideas when I'm able to eat solids (i.e. walnuts). Thanks for sharing!
