Cabbage and turkey soup

  Here is what I created today to use up my red,yellow and orange mini peppers.  
1 whole package of ground turkey
1 medium cabbage ruff chopped cleaned and cored
3/4 bag of mini carrots ( skinny ones)
2 cups of ruff chopped peppers
1/2 medium onion diced
1/2 of small jalepeno finely diced  1 heaping teaspoon of minced garlic
4 cups of chicken broth
Season to your taste( I used salt ,pepper,garlic and herb Mrs. Dash, onion power)

1. Browned turkey (didn't have to drain) 2. Added everthing to big pot.  3. Boiled on med-high until cabbage was tender. After it was complete we thought something was missing so we added curry powder and the dish is  freaking amazing.  The calories are around 170-185 and around 17 grams of protein per cup. I used my fitness pal to put ingrediants for nutrition info. I hope you guys try this.
            
I am currently at 130 lbs 10 pounds below goal weight!
