5 month update!

5 months ago I had gastric bypass surgery!!!  It was one of the best things I have ever done for myself!!  It gave me my life back!!  I have lost 111 pounds from the day of surgery!!  :)  I went from a size 24 to a 16 (some are still a little tight..but I can wear them and 18 is too big)  I used to stretch out my 4x shirts and now 2x's are big on me.  I can wear 1x and some xl but I haven't bought any yet.  I am 45 pounds away from a healthy bmi.  :)


I'm 5'9..High and surgery weight 324.  Current weight 214   Goal weight 169.  Wish me luck!!!

I had my surgery (RNY) last week,and no  joke I am struggling!!!Need a few good pointers....Help!!

 Why not start a post with some of your issues and concerns. I'm sure there a lots of people who can offer help and support.

How inspiring! I just had mine this past Tuesday and love reading the successes of other people so that when I hurt, it's easier to remember why I'm doing this.
