So I was starting to get frustrated because my weight loss had slowed so much. I uped my calorie intake and it has started melting back off again... I've lost 5 pounds in 1 week, prior to that I had only lost 14 lbs in 5 weeks..
We had surgery around the same time and have lost close to the same weight. My loss has slowed a little this month too. How many calories were you eating and how many did you increase by? What kind of food did you use to increase the calories?
