More calories more weight loss

 So I was starting to get frustrated because my weight loss had slowed so much. I uped my calorie intake and it has started melting back off again... I've lost 5 pounds in 1 week, prior to that I had only lost 14 lbs in 5 weeks..

Good for you! We do get slow times occaisionally. It seems to help me if I kick my protein up a bit.

thats cause your not starving your body so insted of storing the food your body burns it up my nut  always told me if you want to lose weight eat more

We had surgery around the same time and have lost close to the same weight. My loss has slowed a little this month too.  How many calories were you eating and how many did you increase by?  What kind of food did you use to increase the calories?  

 H/W 325  S/W 325  C/W 162 G/W 169 (normal bmi) 5'9"

I am also interested in how many cals your at. Currently I am at 700 plus or minus.

 I was at about 600 - 800 now I'm at about 900.
