Surgery Over & I"m Back Home

Good evening all - just wanted to let you know that my surgery went off without a hitch - and I'm back home and feeling good!  I've been sipping & walking and trying to remember everything else I was told...I'm ready to start the next let of this journey now!

I'm a week out from my surgery and feel pretty good.   There is still some minimal soreness in my belly area and boy is it bruised!   Looks like I've been mugged!  Not pretty!!!  LOL  Following all the rules, feeling pretty good and waiting to see how long it takes for all discomfort to dissipate, as well as the bruising..........but the biggest, when will I start seeing changes in my body losing weight!  smile  So far, I'm glad I've done this and look to the future with expectation!
