Can anyone tell me what kind or protein pudding to get and where can I get it.  I am having a hard time getting my goal of protein in.  All I have is the powder that I add to my juice.  I still have 2 weeks left of the pureed stage. Thank you/

You can add protein powder to regular sugar free pudding.

I did, just mix real well, it gets a bit thick but works.

GNC and Vitamin Shoppe both carry the protein pudding, When I looked at it, the amount of protein to amount you'd have to eat ratio was low. (meaning you'd have to eat a lot of pudding to get as much protein as you need) I added unflavored protein to crystal light to suppliment my protein during pureed stage.

i wouldn't add more than1/3 scoop for a plastic container of pre-packaged pudding.  Too much protein powder makes it grainy and can make it taste funny.

This is what my NUT gave me:

High Protein Pudding
1 package sugar free instant pudding mix any flavor
2 cups skim milk
1/4 cup dry skim milk

I use it and it taste a little better than adding protein powder, but whatever floats your boat, lol.

I use mootopia instead of skim it has more protein in it.

I don't buy the little cups, instead I buy the instant package that makes four servings. in with the powder you can put 2 or more scoops of protein in, and make it with skim milk. I can usually make it so a serving is around 10 grams of protein. That works for me.

You can buy protein pudding on sites like Bariatric Choice and Nashua Nutrition.  Not cheap but it works.

I added my protein powder to the measured out milk that the pudding called for and shook it up in my shaker cup, then used that in the instant pudding. It worked great!!!!
