Step by ever-slow step

The hospital called me Friday.  The lady was trying to submit my request for surgery and couldn't get through to the insurance company.  She was calling me for a number off the back of my card.  I figured it's just another delay and never heard back from her.  So this morning I called the hospital and asked if the lady from Friday ever got through to the insurance company.  Hahahaha she told me it was submitted Friday and that I had to wait [the customary] 5 days to find out what happened.  She thought I was being impatient.  LOL  

It's not a date for surgery but it is another step closer.  Woohoo :D **dancing my happy dance**
