Just heard of this stuff, a cousin of mine used it in a sugar free carmel recipe...any of you guys know anything about this stuff or have used it? I'm gonna go google it :) just wanted to see what you guys know about it..

It looks like honey. But it is not sugar free. It is not suppose to raise your blood sugar as much as sugar but it is not sugar free.

I think it has more calories than sugar too.
