Pre-Op Diet Shakes

I am starting my Pre-op diet on Monday and I don't care for the shakes (HMR-800) that the bariatric center recommends. Can anyone recommend a better brand?

find a powder that you can mix yourself. i got the ones from jillian michaels, vanilla, and chocolate. the chocolate tastes like ovaltine, vanilla needed help. i mixed em with fat free milk btw.

I got the cheapest protein powders I could find at Walmart and they did great. But after surgery I could not stand them. I now drink one isopure (more like a protein gatorade than a shake) daily along with my high protein diet.

hey....I use the cheap ones from walmart too. they're called body fortress 0g of sugar and 26g of protein per scoop. the vanilla is horrible because we can't add any fruit or anything while on the pre op diet BUT they have peanut butter chocolate n cookies n cream. Online its free shipping and its $2 off a jar which makes it $13 a jar. THAT'S 3 FOR $39...........WHAT A DEAL!!!!!!!!!lol

Nectar or Matrix aren't bad. Nectar Fruit Punch is nasty tho....lol Ive heard pure protein is also good. I just started my Pre Op diet today too. Good luck !
