Low Potassium and Kidney Stones

 It was the worst pain I have ever felt in my life.  It went from my mid back down to my lower back on one side.  Nothing I did made it more comfortable.  It took about 12 hours to pass.  I was nauseous, vomiting, and had blood in my urine.

 Did you have pain prior to passing it, like weeks/days before? Also, I'm glad you were able to pass it!

 Did they share some foods that are high in potassium?
Bananas, oranges,avocados, potatoes,and beans (particularly in a can) are good choices.
You have to really keep on it. 2.6 is life threatening. Good luck to you.

 Another thing..you aren't taking calcium carbonate for your calcium are you? That can really increase your chances of kidney stones and the calcium is not absorbed well.

 No, I'm taking Viactiv chews, which is what they told me to take.

I wish we could take those but they are.Carbonate which is n not absorbed well and leads to kidney stone formation.
You need calcium citrate.
