carbs- tapioca sugar free pudding
generally, sugar free foods are the way to go. and there usually are very few carbs in sf foods. less than 10 on avg i'd guess. in my opinion, i think if you take in carbs from sf foods OR from fresh produce like apples and strawberries it would be ok (depending on what stage/phase you are in). so basically, don't worry so much about a number because if you're eating the right kinds of foods there won't be that many carbs in them.
