Is it ok to put 2 packets (at one time) in my 16 oz crystal light? I will be drinking it over the morning. Just want to be sure I'm doing this as correctly as possible. Any help is appreciated.

Since we only absorb 500 mg at a time, you would be wasting the second packet unless it takes you several hours to drink the whole 16 oz.
