help- sugar free candy stuck
Where, exactly, is it stuck (and how did you manage to get it stuck?!?)?
Assuming that you have somehow either gotten it stuck in your throat and cannot cough it up, or you swallowed it and you think it is stuck in your stoma, about the only thing you can do is try to dislodge it or encourage it to dissolve more quickly by drinking water.

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.
Drink some water every few minutes, then. The water should sit on top of the candy (at least for a while... how long would depend on what position it is lodged in and how much of the opening it is blocking) and start to dissolve it. Once the water trickles through, you will need more water.

Be real careful with SF candy unless you really like having diarrhea. Voice of experience here.
