Need protein shake recipes

Ok, I'm having surgery in 4 weeks. My surgeon has me on an 8 day liquid diet prior to surgery. Yup, that means for Thanksgiving I will be on liquids. Anyone have any "thanksgiving" protein shake recipes? Maybe with pumpkin?
