13 yrs out... changes

I am 13 yrs post op with a roux n y.  In the past 6 months I have gained 30 pounds.  MY eating habits have not changed other than I feel that I never reach the full point.  My second child was born in March and this is when my life changed.  I have made serious changes in my life in hopes of battling the weight.  I go to the gym 4 days a week and am doing between 8 and 12 miles a week.  But I am STILL gaining!  I am 6 ft tall and got up to 300 before my surgery.  I got down to 180 and stayed there up until last year when I got pregnant.  I gained 40 pounds with my son.  I now weigh 230 which is the highest I have weighed since before my surgery.  Has anyone else experienced this?

No, but i think if you post what you eat on a daily basis and calories, maybe someone can help in pointing you in the right direction.

I actually just got back from my dr.  Found out that my thyroid is seriously outta whack!  They are starting me on some meds to get that under control which should completely change all of this for me.

I'm glad they found the culprit! Hopefully it's an easy fix!
