2 years out with pain... reflux?

On Monday I started getting pain right under my gut (under the xypoid process), it kind of felt like the reflux I used to have before RNY. Last night it was the worst ever. I had gas pains and some burping but not to much. I didn't think it was possible to get relfux again, I am really bummed. Do you think it could be something else?

Sure it's possible. I would go talk to your regular doc and see what they have to say.

I'm on a PPI for life and it really makes a huge difference.

When that happened to me it ended up being an ulcer.

My guess is an ulcer. Go to your doc ASAP. I'm almost 2 years out, too. On 9/29 I had sudden onset of the worst abdominal pain ever. Turned out to be a perforated ulcer. They were able to treat it medically at that point, but on 12/4 I'm going in for an endoscopy to determine if the ulcer is healed. If not, I'll probably have revision surgery to remove it.
