weird dreams?

So I am scheduled for rny on dec 3. Recently I have been having super strange dreams all regaurding some aspect of surgery in which I can physically go through the motions of pain and such...am I just weird or is this a normal case of the pre op jitters?

First off congrats on your surgery date.Now, I think the dreams are normal for us because of all the thought we put into the surgery. I still have weird dreams and I'm almost 3 months post-op. It's life changing and I feel that it's worth it....it took me a while to feel this way. I had buyer's remorse for the first 8 weeks or so. Keep posting so we can keep up to date with you and there are vets on here who are a wealth of info. Good luck.

I agree with Annie....it is most likely your dreams helping you deal with the upcoming surgery.  Pretty amazing what your mind will do when you're not fully aware!  Good luck on your surgery!!
