This is small in the grand scheme of things but it is huge to me, I was able to put my wedding ring on today! I can't remember the last time I was able to wear it. It has yo-yoed in size, just as I have, so many times that the last time I outgrew it I refused to have it resized. Since I started the WLS program I have lost ~16 lbs and several lbs before that. It has made such a difference and this is such a great, unexpected reward. Such a wonderful preview of my life to come. Yea wedding ring!!

Thanks guys! I can't tell you how much I appreciate all the support. As a relative newbie to the WLS process, I can use all the information and encouragement I can get and this seems just the place. I only hope I can do the same for others as I progress in my journey. Again, thanks to all!
