Two suggestions on forum last week to help us new ones. First one was 0 calorie SoBe when water is making you sick. It was GREAT!  Thank you.  Next one was  Think Thin Protein bars with 0 sugars ans 20 grams protein..  It settled hard, but I got it down. Thank you.  Allison

Are you asking for more suggestions?  I use carnation breakfast No Sugar Added with a couple of tablespoons of powdered milk.  The drink mix with milk is 13 grams of protein and each tablespoon of powdered milk adds 3 grams of protein.
