i have drank so much chicken broth and added a dash of lemon pepper to spice it up. well i have gained a pound. do i need to take a water pill? is it going to hurt my liver tommorrow as i go to surgery?
I would also investigate making your own by boiling a chicken or chicken carcass and adding your own spices. The store bought kinds are loaded with msg and whatever. Or you can try a Whole Foods or Trader Joes and see if they have any without msg.
