Me and the husband before and after pic--what a difference a year makes!

Here are mine and hubs before and after pics. On the left you see Dave and Amy from last Christmas and on the right is this Christmas! I have lost 124 lbs. and he has lost 87 lbs. He did not have WLS but decided that if I was gonna get healthy then so was he! It's been so helpful to have him join me on this journey. I know that I could do it without him but I'm so glad I don't have to.
