Yay for Celebrate!

Can I just say, I am loving my Celebrate Bariatric stuff.  My sample pack arrived yesterday.  The Pineapple Strawberry multivitamin was nice.  Having a shake sample now, which is delightful.  It's staying nice and blended. Great consistency.  Looking forward to trying everything else.  Whereas the Bariatric Advantage samples?  Buried under a pile.  I'm sure I'll dig them out again, but I did not enjoy the multi I tried.  They make me feel nauseous just looking at the others.

Although I need to amend my previous statement.  Protein shake not sitting well with me.  This seems to occur with all protein shakes though, nausea, headache, and fatigue within 20-30 minutes of drinking one. And that was only a 4oz. sample.  It was yummy, though.

I love the Celebrate ENS shakes I have to use 12 oz of water instead of 8 because I like the taste better but that's okay for me. I like it because I get a vitamin in with it and one dose of calcium. I have it for breakfast daily

I use the Celebrate chewable vites and also the Cherry tart Calcium . I love these! The ENS protein shake did not taste so great to me, but I have been using it( Vanilla cake batter flavor) in some of Eggfaces protein pancake recipes.. I have the Celebrate chewable multi in strawberry pineapple, also grape and the orange one. I like having a variety. But if you like a sweet tart you have to try the cherry tart chewable calcium.. but of course just my opinion, and everyone has different taste! :-)

Celia, try upping the water amount when making the ens shake. I couldn't stand it using 8 oz of water but when I upped it to 12 oz it tasted better than the one I got at the doctor's office. See if that works for you.
