my surgeon said 10g or under of sugar per serve- I dump if I hit 8g of sugar, I also dump on certain sf things and that list seems to be increasing.

That reaction (in the second half of your post) doesn't sound like dumping. It sounds like a reaction to sugar alcohols. What kind of sweetener is used in your protein shake?
