With 29 pounds to go it really seems like I can do this. 

 

Surgery weight:  232 lbs. / Goal: 145 lbs. Height:  5'5"     Fat? Ain't nobody got time for that.

Yes, you can!! And then the fun part begins when you have to continue to fight like hell to STAY at goal. Don't get complacent. Ever. There are way too many posts from people who forget what it takes to continue to be successful.
