sugar alcohol question

To those who have issues with sugar alcohols, how affects you and in what ways. Thanks.

I don't know if I have an issue with sugar alcohols because I haven't tried them yet, but as I understand it, sugar alcohols can act as a diuretic/laxative.

For me it starts with passing gas and sometimes (if I eat to much of them) they do act as a laxative.

MAJOR headaches, MAJOR explosive stinky gas, and lots and lots of cramping and diahhrea..so not fun at all..i try to avoid them..

I go grey, start sweating, get clammy,get almost like I'm dizzy but it's not dizziness- then I need to find a bathroom FAST,maltitol seems to be the worst one for me.

Band placed April '08 four years of hell-Band removed may '12~Non VSG July 26 '12. All went to hell~RNY on the 19th october '12~Leak & infection 26th october '12 ~infection 24th November '12, 2 weeks hospital~infection 25th dec '12 4 days ~30/5/13 hernia repair 4 days~hw120/sw/115/gw/58kg
