Oil/Gel Caps for Omega 3
I don't think there is such a thing as dry omega 3, since it's an essential fatty acid. It's going to be in oil, like fish oil or flaxseed oil. Since we malabsorb fats, you won't absorb all of it. You'll absorb some of it, just not all of it.
You'd absorb some of the vitamin D in oil, too. Just not all of it and it's impossible to figure out how much.
