Here I go!!!

Things are moving along quickly! I had my psych eval yesterday and today my first doctor consult! Excited to find out I do not have to have 6 months of supervised weight loss to move forward. Looks like if all goes well with the testing I am looking at March or April for a surgery date! Fingers and toes crossed that all goes well!! Can't wait to start this journey and join the other "losers" on here that have inspired me so much!

I am right there with you!!  I had my surgeon consult and my NUT appt.  Both cleared me.  On Monday I have to see their med doc to get clearance and then on Feb 4th I have my psych consult.  Once I am cleared through psych then we can present it to insurance.  It takes 48 hr for approval.  I am looking at surgery the end of February or early March as long as everything goes smoothly.  :)
