I am 3 weeks out RNY. Today I felt back to normal and went grocrey shopping, did laundry, and tried to vacuum. Now I am in a little pain and my tummy is swollen. Should I use ice for the swelling or heat for the pain?
I always used my ho****er bottle .... Felt sooo good
