Got my Surgery Date!..

March 5th!

And I start drinking those "yummy" shakes on 2/19.  Asked for 2 weeks off and boss almost had an attack even though he has known about this since last year.  He even got upset because I told him I needed to go to the education class, which is 3 hours and also do blood work, I also get my shakes that day.

Has anyone had a boss who has given them a hard time in a situation like this?....I don't care, I'm just happy I'm all set!

I just found out my date today too. I will be getting my surgery on the 22nd of Feb. Congrats and keep your head up!!!!

Congratulations to both of you!  I am scheduled to have my surgery 2/25.....so we will be meeting here on the Losers Bench!!

Congrats to both of you, my surgery is 2/15 and I started OptiFast last week (horrible). Luckily my boss has been very supportive but i work at a university and we are unionized so even if he wasn't i would be okay. I'm sorry that you are having a tough time with your boss.
