When you reach 100 pound lost do you include pre and post lost ?

I think the definition of Onederland is when you weigh less than 200 pounds, you're in the Ones.

I usually see people refer to joining the Century Club if they've lost 100 pounds or more.

And, as far as I'm concerned... if you lost it - you count it! Pre-op, post-op, doesn't matter! We've worked hard for every pound lost and deserve that credit!!! :)

You definitely count the before and after weight. GREAT JOB!! (I think "onderland" it under 200 lbs)

Some people don't start counting the weight lost until after surgery. I count it all! I worked hard to lose those 73 lbs before surgery! But technically I haven't reached 100 pounds lost yet (if I start counting since surgery) I've only lost 95.
