1.  I am over the "head hunger" mind- fu**.

2.  I finally feel satisfied when I eat a meal.

3.  Making " good food choices" is becoming more second nature.

4. No problems getting my fluids in.

5. On a decent vitamin routine.

Yep, if you would have told me 6 months ago that I would be eating brown rice, skim milk, protein cereal, and fish I would have thrown my Big Mac at you. We've come along way!

Way to go.   I'm feeling much the same way.  I'm about a month behind you.   It definitely gets much better from the early days.

Congrats!  I'm five months out and feel like I'm finally beginning to get the hang of it.  Looking forward to it all being "second nature" and not a lot of thought.

Awesome, I am finding the same results myself.  Getting a rhythm to adjusting makes this whole process easier. I'm about 2 weeks behind you and I am thankful to have hurdled the first few months.  There's a lot to adjust to.

Congrats!
