What are you eating today - Weekend edition (Saturday)

Greetings all! Hope all those in the midst of the blizzard are staying safe and warm! We here in MN are expecting snow tomorrow but not nearly the amount the East Coast is getting  (6-10 inches here, depending on which weather report you listen to).

I am starting this thread, even though I have not even thought about my plan for today. I am dealing with a stomach bug hitting child #2 of 3 this week. Praying no one else gets it. But I need this post - to help me make a plan and stay accountable - so here we go...

Breakfast: Protein shake

Lunch: Leftovers from PF Changs - mandarin chicken with a little rice

Supper: Chicken and stove top with mixed veggies and cream of chicken soup. I know my 5 yr old wouldn't like it so might as well make it when he is sick and can't eat anyway!

Agenda: CLEAN HOUSE! I've been picking at it all week and its just time to dive in! Looking forward to staying home all day. And I want a nap. Only got about 3 hours of sleep last night with the sick kiddo. I don't function well on little sleep!
