Lactos Intolerant?
Try taking Lactaid. Or, use soy milk or almond milk. Or Lactaid Milk. I have always been lactose intolerant, but I take a Lactaid pill with my first drink of milk and I can drink 2 cups at a time with no problems now.

Lactose intolerance sometimes occurs after RNY because we need an enzyme called lactase to digest lactose, the natural sugar in milk. Our small pouch doesn't make much lactase.
You can drink soy milk or almond milk, or purchase a brand of milk like Lactaid, which has the enzyme lactase added to it. Many people that are lactose intolerant are also able to tolerate raw milk. Pasteurizing milk destroys the lactase that naturally occurs in milk, so raw milk contains lactase that helps you digest the lactose.
