Question

My husband had his surgery on March 5th YEA. He has had some problems he got dehydrated on Monday and was discharged yesterday. I bought him a 64 oz  cup so that he knows for sure that he was taken in enough water, but today he feels as if he is getting dehydrated again. Did anyone have this problem and if so what helped you stay hydrated.

I had trouble in the beginning, honestly, the threat of going back to the hospital and IV fluid helped.  I did not address the issue until my 2 week visit and they "got after me".  I was extremely dehydrated and could not ge****er in, but after this, I sipped all day long.  Best of luck to your hubby, it will come in time.
