This weekend I ran a 4 miler with some friends. I dressed up for the first time and survived. Achieved a personal best of 9 minutes per mile. Almost to my 100 pound goal, check out my before & after!

I didn't start out anywhere near a 9 minute mile when I started. I was probably around the 20 minute mark myself. Thanks to Paul's encouragement, I started adding distance until I could run 2 miles without dying. Then I started working on my speed. Now I'm training for my first half marathon in May. We get to run around the Indianapolis Motor Speedway which is pretty darn awesome!
