Go back to basics (the way you were eating about 6 months out): a protein forward diet, protein first at each meal, limited carbs and no "white carbs", limited portions, and lots of water (but never with meals or until 30 minutes after). Track all of your food for a couple of weeks at least to see what, and how much, you are eating (and can adjust calories and carbs as necessary).

Some type of regular physical activity will also obviously help, too.

Hi, Alicia! Congratulations on your weight loss --- that is HYUUJ!

Absolutely get back to basics --- are you eating solid protein first? But mostly, I posted to say, walking is the most wonderful activity in the world! It relieves stress, builds strength and lets you in on your neighbors' business.

The more you do, the more you can do! It really helps my depression.

Good luck! I'm sure you will get a handle on this!
