I'm 10 months out from surgery.  Lost 70+ pounds.

Max was 81 pounds...soI gained 4+ pounds in 8 weeks.  I need a course correction.  I signed up for "myfitnesspal.com".  Anyone else tried that with success?

I use my fitness pal daily! Its great for keeping you on track! Sooooo....

Back to basics! Protein first, measure everything. Log every bite you take, don't drink and eat at the same time, make meals dense protein, drink enough water daily, if your drinking it...drop the pop, even if you don't dump...pretend you do...do not eat over 7 g of sugar!

Remember how bad you wanted this, how you would do anything to make this work!

Add me to MFP if you want...juljoh70

I use myfitnesspal it all the time.
I prepare my breakfast and lunch for work the night before. My dinners sometimes are up in the air, but I always have egg beaters and either turkey sausage or turkey pepperoni and cheese on hand for a quick and easy dinner. Or lunch meats.
I too have been struggling and I know I myself have to get back to basics. Good luck. You can also add me to myfitnesspal: josuraem
