Pictures that help me see the loss

Last night I went to a party with friends I havent seen in a while and all night people were telling me how much I have lost. Its so hard to see the changes when you see yourself everyday! Does anyone else have that problem? It was nice getting the compliments but I started to feel a little awkward I hate getting attention. The first two pics are the befores and the last two are my so fars I still gotta long ways to go but looking at pictures sometimes help me see that I have changed.

 

    

  

Looking great!!!    You'd better get used to the attention,  you are almost down a hundred pounds and it won't take much more before everyone will be complimenting you.   I know its hard....I tend to answer with things like, "thanks, its been so much fun" or "its been a real ride".
