I had my first stall at 8 months post-op (in March).  I was stuck for sooooo long at 161.  Finally 2 days ago it broke and I'm 157 today!

AND I tried on an old skirt (size 8) and it fits!  I am wearing a bikini this summer!!!

Surgery weight:  232 lbs. / Goal: 145 lbs. Height:  5'5"     Fat? Ain't nobody got time for that.

That's awesome good for you!! I'd love to wear a bikin this summer but I'm only 8 weeks out and have some more to go before that!

Keep up the great work!

I remember being 8 weeks out and thinking I'll never get here.  It goes sooo fast.  You'll be wearing a bikini in no time!  You're a lightweight like me, too which probably means you'll have little to no saggy skin.

Yes I was going to ask you have is your skin?  Do you have any issues?  Also what do you do for excersize and can I ask what's your average daily meal plan look like?

THanks

I have a little baggy skin under my arms or below my butt (very little). Overall, my skin is great.  You can't tell I had WLS except for the small scars on my belly.

A sample menu at 10 months:

Breakfast:  coffee

Lunch:  protein bar or boiled eggs/cheese or frozen entree

Dinner:  protein with a side of veggies/potatoes/pasta, etc

Snack:  cheese or grape-nuts

Calorie intake:  probably around 1000.

I don't exercise much.  That is something I vow to change this summer.

I was exhausted until about 3 months.  Be easy on yourself.  Congrats on your journey.  It's so exciting!!!!  Best wishes to you.  :)
