It's official! The date is set!

July 8th I will be flying out to Detroit to have my gastric bypass performed by Dr Pleatman the following day. I am beyond excited, a tad nervous due to everything coming together so quickly. I've waited years for this and can't wait to start my new journey! Yay!!

That is awesome! Congratulations on this huge milestone. I am hoping to have my surgery in September. Keep us posted on your journey.

Congratulations Jennifer!!! It's such a great feeling when you get that surgery date! It's REAL:-)

My surgery is scheduled for July1st! I start the 2 week liquid diet June 17th. I, mentally preparing....best to you!!!

Congratulations to you!! I like you waited/ wanted surgery for years,, but. when it came together it all moved quuckly!! I know your excited!!!

Seeing myself in a picture changed my life, I finally said no more. What ever I have to do to make my dreams come true I will do it!! And little did I know that's when my journey would begin! And so here I go!! :)
