until I can eat puree foods.  I am so excited.  I hope I'm not disappointed.  LOL  I'm just so sick of liquid everything.  I'd like to be able to get some protein from other sources.   Any great ideas or things that made puree stage a little easier?  Thanks!

I ate a lotttt of applesauce on pureed. I know its not loaded with protein but it was easy for me, they make these little ones for kids lunches that have a screw on top. So when we were out on the bike, or just out and about id put one or two in my purse. I also ate a lot of mashed potatoes which I got yelled at for later by my nutritionist. Dont do that. I did not like the thought of pureeing meat so I didn't do it. Refried beans with cheese and sour cream. My husband made me a cheddar broccoli soup. Greek Yogurt, pudding. Thats about all i ate during my pureed. Make sure you go to the worldaccordingtoeggface, she has some great recipes for the pureed stage.
