I ate a lotttt of applesauce on pureed. I know its not loaded with protein but it was easy for me, they make these little ones for kids lunches that have a screw on top. So when we were out on the bike, or just out and about id put one or two in my purse. I also ate a lot of mashed potatoes which I got yelled at for later by my nutritionist. Dont do that. I did not like the thought of pureeing meat so I didn't do it. Refried beans with cheese and sour cream. My husband made me a cheddar broccoli soup. Greek Yogurt, pudding. Thats about all i ate during my pureed. Make sure you go to the worldaccordingtoeggface, she has some great recipes for the pureed stage.
