Has anyone ever tried this brand of Multi, Calcium, Iron and B12? I found a few websites that have them on sale.

I haven't tried them. I recommend a multi that has selenium (as does the ASMBS) for long term use, but if you just want a chewable for the first few weeks after surgery or something, I think this would be OK. It's pretty low on all the minerals, actually, so I would expect someone that used this long term might also need extra zinc, copper, etc.

Centrum (regular Centrum chewable) is a good one and affordable, but also lacks selenium, so I would only use it short term. If you want a chewable long term, I would go with Centrum Silver, Celebrate, Bariatric Advantage, or Building Blocks.
