I take generic calcium citrate, which you can find at any store that sells vitamins.

I just ordered upcal d powder from amazon for more calcium citrate, plus I sometimes use citrical petites or calcet creamy bites

I get the D3 from vitalady.  I order most of my vitamins online so small town does not matter.

I take Citracal.  My doctor and pharmacist told me to break them in half if they were too big to swallow whole.  But I do good on them.  It the maximum formula with D3 in them.  I have to take two pills three times a day.

I order them online from Bariatric Advantage.  The chocolate ones are practically candy.  ;)
