5DPT Question
Hi everyone, I am doing the 5DPT starting today (so far - so good...) and I am a little confused. On day 3-5 are you only suppose to eat the soft, firm and solid proteins? I'm just not sure if I can have the protein shakes, soup, jello etc from day 1&2 or if I can only have the proteins?
I can't seem to find the answer on the website...Thanks for any advice.
