Over the weekend I repaired some loose boards on my deck. This required bending over to insert screws into each board. I completed the task at hand without a hitch. Late last night it occurred to me that during this entire repair process I did not draw one hard breath. Prior to starting my weight loss journey in Oct. I would have been panting for breath after bending to place the first screw!

Man this realization felt good! I feel good!

Congratulations--another moment to celebrate! I have to say, though, no matter how much weight I lose I think it will be hubby out there repairing the deck. :)
