Car Accident = NSV
I was in a fender bender on Wednesday. It was in a parking lot and I'm fairly sure it was my fault. Since I'm 50+ and have never caused an accident, it was a new and horrible feeling. We are trying to settle without involving the insurance company and that has added to the stress
More than 2 years ago, I was in a serious accident (not my fault) that spun my car out of control on a major highway and left me with ongoing injuries. The last couple of days, I've been pretty emotional. The fender bender triggered all the feelings from the previous car accident.
This morning -- 4 days later -- I realize that I did not even consider overeating. I just felt my emotions and wondered why I was so darn emotional and teary. So even though the accident still sucks, I'm amazed that I got through it without turning to food.
